How long will my edit take?
Since each project is different, I can’t tell you exactly how long it will take for me to perform your requested service. Generally, a proposal or outline review will take 1-2 weeks, a manuscript evaluation about 2-4 weeks and a detailed editorial letter about 4-6 weeks. Once I give your manuscript a read, I’ll be able to set a deadline for myself and let you know when you’ll receive your edit.
How should I format my documents?
All documents should be double spaced and in Microsoft Word in either Arial, Calibri or Times New Roman. Chapter numbers (for manuscripts) and page numbers (for all documents) are also helpful.
Will I need to sign a contract?
Yes, I will provide a basic contract for you to sign, outlining the work I will be performing as well as your payment schedule.
Speaking of payment . . . how does that work?
I will send you an invoice whenever a payment is due. I accept payment through Zelle, Venmo or PayPal.
